- How do I access MIPWORLD (MIPCOM Edition)?

If you are not registered for MIPCOM 2008 yet: Browse through the "public" part of MIPWORLD (MIPCOM Edition) and get a glimpse of who is attending!

If you are already registered for MIPCOM 2008: You can access full contact, company and product details of the entire MIPCOM community via MIPWORLD (MIPCOM Edition). Simply enter your personal login and password (provided upon registration) in the top right-hand corner of www.mipcom.net.

- I can't find or haven't received my password. What should I do?

You should have received your personal login and password (provided upon registration for MIPCOM) by email.

If you haven't received it, please click on the "Forgot password?" link in the login area; your password will be sent to you by email. Please note that the personal login and password is a series of numbers which cannot be changed: you must therefore keep it carefully.

- I still can't access the Database...

If none of the above works, please contact the Customer Service Help Desk.

- I can't find my company in MIPWORLD (MIPCOM Edition).

Make sure that your search terms fit with the overall company activity you have already specified on your registration contract.

- My company/delegate details are wrong. How can I change them?

Contact the registration dept.

- How can I get a list of all registered delegates?

Tick the "Search for participants" box

In the "participant type" field, select "exhibitor" or "participant"

Hit the "search" button

- How do I find the MIPCOM buyers?

To discover the buyers attending MIPCOM 2007, search either by "participant buyer" or "exhibitor buyer".

- I can't find any results for my search.

The more criteria you select in your search request, the less results you will get. Try defining less criteria in order to get a wider field of results.

- How long will I get access to MIPWORLD (MIPCOM Edition)?

Your access to MIPWORLD (MIPCOM Edition) is valid until the next event (approximately one year).

MIPWORLD (MIPCOM Edition): COMPANY, PERSONAL & PRODUCT PROFILES

- What is my company profile?

A part of your company's database entry which allows you to explain in detail your company's activities. You can also display your company logo. We highly recommend you provide as many details as possible in your company profile, as this will optimise your chances of being found by your future partners. Click onto "MY MIPCOM", then "MY COMPANY", then "UPDATE". Simply fill in the required fields.

- How can I change my company profile?

Once you have logged into MIPWORLD (MIPCOM Edition) just click on "My MIPCOM" in the navigation menu.

- What is my personal profile?

This is your chance to present yourself at MIPCOM. You can include a photo.

- What are my product/service profiles?

These are individual files that you can use to showcase your products or services.%uFFFD You are offered three FREE files per registration.

- I get an error message each time I try to fill in my product profile.

Make sure that you have closely followed the Technical Specifications:- Image files should not exceed 250x250 pixels, 50 Ko and 72 Dpi (JPEG or GIF format files) and - files should not exceed 2 Mo (Word, Excel, PDF, Powerpoint, MP3, WAV, MPEG, AVI or MOV format files)
